For over twenty five years Myette has been involved with
real estate, mortgages, and finances.
Myette started off her career as a Real Estate Agent with Prudential Sussex Reality where she successfully marketed and sold over 32 projects throughout six years in Project Marketing.
After leaving Prudential she became Director of Sunbelt Ventures, a timeshare company in Phoenix, Arizona, overseeing sales for units at The Pointe at Tapitao Cliffs. Selling these limited partnerships and real estate opportunities led to her becoming the Representing Agent for the Del Webb Corporation, where she marketed their Bermuda Dunes project in California to foreign Canadian buyers.
Throughout the next ten years Myette participated in a number of international property ventures. These included selling Limited Liability Corporations which held multi-family developments throughout the US for Graoch & Associates and marketing Limited Partnerships for the Magellan
Group and Dix Developments in Phoenix, Arizona. These high-profile assignments resulted in her being head-hunted by CIBC to represent them as a Mortgage Specialist for the North Shore. Myette became the in-house broker for three Vancouver Remax offices in 2000. She then went on to work with Mortgage Evolution in West Vancouver, which had primary volumes in excess of $270 million in mortgage originations.
In 2010 Myette started Essential Mortgage Company (EMC) where she continues to build her professional team of mortgage brokers, focusing on specializing in financial areas from residential and commercial mortgages to short term loans and credit repair.
Myette and the Essential Mortgage Company team work with over 40 different lenders to secure the best rates and products for residential and commercial financing. Essential Mortgage Company has partnered with developers to complete commercial projects, and has relationships with mortgage insurers, credit repair programs, and other industry related products. Essential Mortgage Company has funded over 3600 transactions in the last seven years and boasted over $90,000,000 in funded volume over twelve months.
